Audrey Wilson

Audrey F. Wilson 72 of Glasgow died Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. Born in Park City, KY she was a daughter of the late Joseph Leonard and Grace Rigsby Garrett. She was also preceded in death by her husband earlier this year, James LeRoy Wilson. Mrs. Wilson was an employee of Handmacher for 33 years and more recently was a medical assistant at the Fountain Run Clinic. She was a member of the Haywood Missionary Baptist Church where she was the pianist and a Sunday School Teacher and was also a part of the Wilson Family Gospel Group for many years. She is survived by 3 daughters, Christy Rogers (Ben) and Cathy Goad both of Glasgow and Carla Wiltshire (Dave) of Richmond, VA; 2 sons James LeRoy 'Jimmy' Wilson, Jr. and Kelly Royce Wilson both of Glasgow; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; 1 sister Freida Holder (Gary) of Cave City and a brother Royce Garrett (Etta Jane) of Glasgow. A brother, Terrell Garrett also preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM Friday.
