Edward Bowier

Edward Glenn Bowier 67 of Glasgow, KY died Thursday August 25, 2005 at the T. J. Samson Hospital. He was born in Glasgow, Kentucky the son of the late Fred and Gladys Flowers Bowier. Mr. Bowier owned and operated Glasgow Battery Company. He was a member of the Antique Car Club and attended the Lick Branch Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by a son Jeff Bowier and his wife Kathy of Louisville; 2 daughters Bonnie Jean Hedges of Greenwood, IN and Tonya Renee Mesker of Glasgow; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and his companion Kim Rich. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jewell Spencer Bowier and a sister Pansy Parsons. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday August 28, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 2pm on Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
