Harlen Willis

Harlen K. Willis, age 80 of Clarkson passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. He was born April 7, 1936 in Sadler, KY the son of Van & Blanche Newton Willis. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Cook Willis of Clarkson, two sons, Pat & Kendal Willis both of Clarkson, one sister, Carolyn McStoots of Leitchfield, three brothers, Darrell & Layman Willis both of Leitchfield, & Frank Willis of Illinois, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Carnes, Mary Hayes, & Erma Decker, and one brother, Randall Willis. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the New Freedom Church in Sadler with Bro. Jamie Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the New Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the church.
