Mark Reed, Sr.

Mark Allen Reed, Sr, 62, of Glasgow, Ky, died Monday January 27, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Tempe, AZ on November 23, 1957, the son of the late Robert Reed and Thelma Walls Reed. Mark was a self-employed general contractor. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Melody Cooper Reed of Glasgow; two sons, Mark Reed, Jr. and Tristan Reed both of Glasgow; 3 daughters, Christy Kelley (Eric) of Kearny, AZ, Jennifer Clark (Jason) of Queen Creek, AZ and Aubree Reed of Glasgow; five grandchildren Alexis Clark, Jason Clark, Jr, Eric Kelley, Jr, Brooke Kelley and Ethan Kelley; two brothers, Jerry and Ray Sayer; two sisters Donna Kirk and Nadine Cherney; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers, Cecil, Floyd Sayer and Eugene Reed. The family of Mark Reed chose cremation. A private memorial service for Mr. Reed will be held at a later date. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements. A.F.
