Viola Bridges

Viola Frances Bridges 78 of Glasgow died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the Glasgow Health and Rehab Center. Born in Barren Co. she was the daughter of the late Hackney & Mary Douglas Bridges. Ms. Bridges was a member of the Poplar Grove Baptist Church and a former employee of the Glasgow State ICF Facility & GTE Telephone in Glasgow. She is survived by two sisters Rebecca Tooley and husband Roger of Scottsville, KY and Theresa Lewis of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews Carla Tooley, Robert Lewis Tooley, Richard Lorin Tooley, Rondel Loyd Tooley, Donetta Lewis, Geovanni Lewis, Renee Lewis and also Tyrus Patrofke; a host of friends and cousins including Dale Wolf, Jean Mansfield, Tina Shirley, Larry Garmon, Ruth Owens and Bill & Mary Matthews. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
