Adam Haynes

Adam Jeffery Haynes 48 of Glasgow died Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born in Barren County the son of Jim Haynes and Linda Caswell Welch. Jeff worked for many years with his father as a Timber Logger and was a U.S. Army Veteran of Desert Storm. Survivors include his mother Linda Caswell Welch of Clarksville, TN; father Jim Haynes of Glasgow; Grandmother Lois Green Haynes of Park City; 3 children Elena, Rachel & Sam of GA; 1 grandchild Henry of GA; 5 brothers Mike (Lisa), Tracy (Anita), Greg (Joann), Scotty (Brandy) & Andy (Jeny) all of Glasgow; 2 sisters Jamie & Jordy (Justin) both of Glasgow. 6 nieces, 7 nephews, 3 great nephews, 1 great niece & several aunts & uncles. He is preceded in death by a grandson Hayden, grandfather Wallace Haynes, grandmother Edith Martin & grandfather James Earl Caswell. Funeral services will be 12:00pm Friday May 4, 2012 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Military Honors will be provided by the DAV Chapter #20 of Glasgow. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
