Agnes Wright

Agnes Gyva McConnell Wright 74 of Glasgow, KY died Friday June 11, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late U.U. McConnell and Mary Elizabeth Kinslow McConnell and wife of the late Otha Leon Wright. Mrs. Wright was a member of the Salmon Evangelistic Church. She is survived by 3 sons Tony Wright and wife Nan, Jeff Wright and wife Diana and Mike Wright and wife Frances all of Glasgow; 2 daughters Billie Read and husband David and Glenie Rigsby and husband Wes all of Glasgow; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren a sister Virginia Bewley of Louisville and several nieces and nephews. Two sisters Margie Wooten and Elizabeth Salmon and two brothers Bill and Taylor Poynter preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 2pm Sunday June 13, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pm Saturday at A. F. Crow & Son.
