Alice "Maylene" Likens

Alice “Maylene” Likens, age 82, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away, Thursday, November 8, 2024, at TriStar Skyline Medical center in Nashville, Tennessee surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Burkesville, Kentucky on October 14, 1942, to the late Willie Vincent and the late Velma Oolen Vincent. Alice was a faithful member of the Siloam Baptist Church and loved spending time with her church family. She also enjoyed working in her yard, cooking for everyone, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne Likens; son Shawn Likens; grandchildren, Jaydon Likens and Ashante Flippin; siblings, Anthony Vincent, Bonnie Decker (Russell), Lisa Anderson (Freddie), Joseph Vincent, Randall Vincent (Vickie), James Vincent (Minnie), Junior Vincent (Marla), Ruby Vincent, Annie Vincent, Lawrence Vincent, and Matha Dicken; 13 nieces and nephews, Cambria, Morgan, Sebastain, Chad, Scottie, Dakota, Jeremy, Jerome, Jason, Hannah, Jeremy, Shannon, and Daniel; 20 great nieces and nephews, Briar, Rubi Cate, Tate, Alex, Lizzie, Cyrus, Mollie, Gavin, Finleigh, Madison, Dylan, Jon Eric, Gracie, Cooper, Lucy, Amara, Tanner, Reece, Hailey, and Adison; three great great nieces and nephews, Lala, Weston and Evie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bunkan Vincent and sister, Betty Jane Vincent.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 12th, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
