Alla F. Terry, 80, of Glasgow passed away peacefully Sunday, November 14, 2021, at the Barren County Nursing and Rehab Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Cletis Collier of Jackhorn, Kentucky; her husband of 32 years, Gordon D. Terry; a brother, Luther Potter and two sisters, Betty Lou Holmes, and Gloria "Mousie "Sloan. She is survived by two children, Anthony W. Hall (Tess) and Therma D. Marcol (Kris) both of Glasgow, Kentucky; four step children, Kent, Rainbow, and Dane Terry all of Fort Pierce, Florida, and Sienna Wells of New Albany, Indiana; three brothers, Ernie Collier (Faye), Wes Collier (Faye), and Hubble Potter; Two sisters, Joy Jovanovich and Starla Holbrook (Glennis); Six grandchildren, Andie Marcol (Will), Harrison Marcol (Ashley), Hannah Wayne, Vanessa Smith, Dane Smith, Caressa Terry; two great grandsons, Elliot Gillespie and Peyton Terry; numerous nieces and nephews. Alla graduated high school in 1961 from Fleming Neon High in Neon, Kentucky. She went on to become a homemaker and later became "Nana" to many children she privately babysat in her home. She enjoyed cooking and traveling with her family. She was a longtime member of Bethel Independent Baptist Church. A private graveside service will be held Friday 2:00pm EST, November 19th at the Collier-Potter Family Cemetery in Fleming-Neon, Kentucky.
