Amy Shockley

Amy Lucille Shockley 88 of Glasgow, died Monday, May 11, 2009 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Jeff and Dora Williams Tinsley and the wife of the late Ora Shockley. Mrs. Shockley was a homemaker and caregiver for the elderly and member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church at Lamb, KY. Survivors include 2 sons David Shockley (Magdalene) of Glasgow, Doyle Shockley (Linda) of St. Charles MO; 1 grandchild Scott Shockley (Missy) of St Charles, MO; 1 step grandchild Darrell Gilley of Glasgow; 2 great grandchildren Trevor and Tyler Shockley; 1 sister Christine Wells of Horse Cave. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 1 sister Edith Brooks; 2 brothers Amos Tinsley and Jerry Tinsley. Funeral services for Mrs. Shockley will be held 2PM Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with burial in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5PM Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral home and on Wednesday after 1PM until time for services at the church.
