Anita Elliott

Ruth Elliott 96 of Glasgow, died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Metcalfe County she was the daughter of the late William Ottis and Jenny Depp Chenoweth and the husband of the late Kelly Elliott. Mrs. Elliott was retired employee of Handmacher Industries and a member of the South Green St Church of Christ. Survivors include 1 daughter Betty Rose Weir of Celina, TN, 1 son Bobby C. Elliott (Beth) of Greenwood, IN seven grandchildren Debbie Kozloski (Mark) of Indiana, Donna Tarr of Indiana, Bobby S. Elliott of Texas, Anita Cassitty (Wes) , Jenny Weir, Tom Weir (Vonda), Rob Weir (Monica all of TN 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, one sister Virgina Doyel (John), and one sister-in-law, Virginia Curd of Cave City, KY. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kay Elliott, one grandchild George Weir, two brothers Tom and Jack Chenoweth, two sisters Eva Ferguson and Mary Boles. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM Monday, December 22, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, December 22, 2008 from 11:00AM until time for services.
