Anita Baise Wimpee 64 of Glasgow, KY died Saturday March 11, 2006 at her home. She was born in Cumberland County the daughter of the late Kent and Lucille Collins Baise. She was a graduate of Marrowbone High School and received her associate degree in banking from Western Kentucky University. Mrs. Wimpee was a former school secretary at the Martha Norris Memorial Elementary School in Marrowbone, KY and later was employed as a teller with the Bank of Marrowbone. In 2004, she retired as a vice president from the Bank of Marrowbone. She was a member of the PEO International Sisterhood and also a member of the Glasgow Golf and Country Club where she was an avid golfer. She is survived by her husband Louie 'Sonny' Wimpee; 2 sons Mark Pitcock and wife Janie of Bowling Green and Chris Pitcock and wife Janie of Louisville; 1 daughter Jennifer Pitcock Arms and husband David of Tompkinsville; grandchildren Missy, Ashlee, Meagan, Noah, Annie and Matthew Pitcock; step grandsons Chad Arms and Trevor, Cade and Wells Bratcher; 2 step daughters Aimee Wimpee Bratcher and husband Eric of Bowling Green and Julee Wimpee of Bowling Green; 1 brother Roger Baise and wife Barbara of Bowling Green and 3 sisters Bobbie Nethery and husband Sam of Kettle, KY; Kay Hardin and husband Dillard of Kettle, KY and Judy Page and husband Mark of Port Richey, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Lonnie Pitcock and an infant brother Jerry Baise. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday March 13, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm on Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the T. J. Samson Hospice Program, 1301 N. Race St., Glasgow, KY 42141.
