Anna Skaggs, 75, of Caneyville, passed away Monday, February 15th, 2016 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. She was born on Thursday, December 26th, 1940 in Caneyville, the daughter of the late Mack and Luvina (Wilson) Skaggs.
