Anthony Wayne Perkins

Anthony Wayne 'Tony' Perkins 52 of Glasgow died Friday, May 02, 2014 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Glasgow the son of Elton Wayne Perkins and Brenda Hagan Owens. Tony has been an employee of T. J. Samson Community Hospital for 36 years, a member of the South Fork Baptist Church and Alcoholics Anonymous. He is survived by his wife Vickie Jones Perkins; a son Judson Cole Perkins at home; 2 daughters Katelyn Bolinger (Blaine) of Glasgow and Ashley Decker Tabor (Adam) of Scottsville; his parents Brenda Perkins Owens and husband Allen, and H. Glenn Joiner all of Glasgow; his brother Chad Perkins (Sheila) of Glasgow; 3 grandchildren Georgie and Roman Tabor and Finley Bolinger; his grandmother Ida Mae Burks of Glasgow; niece and nephews Mariah, Mason and Ethan Perkins. He was preceded in death by his father Elton Wayne Perkins, and his grandparents Alvin Hagan and Ed and Eula Perkins. Funeral services will be 3pm Monday, May 5th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4pm Sunday. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Barren County Education Foundation.
