Archie Key

Archie V. Key 68 of Glasgow died Monday, January 7, 2013 at his residence. Born in Lamb, KY he was the son of the late Jack & Alice Lucille Wood Key. Survivors include his wife Nancy Proffitt Key of Glasgow; 2 sons Richard Key (Debbie) of Glasgow and Todd Key (Allison) of Danville, IL; 3 daughters Sherry Long (Leon), Shannon Key and Mary Francis Key all of Glasgow; a step-son Keith Murley of Tompkinsville; 4 step-daughters Trina Wooten of Glasgow, Michelle Turner of Temple Hill, Crystal Stockton of Glasgow and August Steenbergen of Scottsville; a sister Zona Patterson (Clarence) of Finchville, KY; 3 brothers Ewing Key (Barb) of Williamstown, MO, William Mitchell Key (Jean) of Bloomfield, KY and Michael Dennis Key (Phyllis) of Wyaconda, MO; 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and his ex-wife Bernice Key of Glasgow also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a granddaughter and a brother Mack Medley. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday, January 11, 2013 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am Friday at the funeral home.
