Arthur Woodson

Arthur A. Woodson 85 of Little Elm, TX and a former Glasgow resident, died Friday November 29, 2013 in Plano, TX. He was born in Glasgow the son of the late William D. and Mary E. Wilson Woodson. Mr. Woodson was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Air Force and was retired from the Chevron Company. He is survived by his wife Mae Beatey Woodson; a son Rob Woodson of Frisco, TX; 5 brothers David Woodson and wife Gladys of Jeffersonville, IN, Ralph Woodson and wife Alma of Raleigh, NC, Urey Woodson of Atlanta, Billy Woodson and wife Linda of Pensacola, FL, and George Woodson and wife Rita of Glasgow; 3 sisters Jane Hoyt of Mt. Vernon, IL, Mary Rapier of Chandler, AZ and Sarah Luttrell and husband Bill of Edmund, OK and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, December 7th at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 10am until time for the service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
