Barbara Durbin

Barbara Ann French Durbin 64 of Smiths Grove, KY and formally of Sun Fish, KY died Monday January 9, 2006 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born in PeeWee Valley, Ky the daughter of the late Jess and Edith Mae Kimes French. Mrs. Durbin was a Garden Center employee at Lowes and was a member of the St. Helen's Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband James M. Durbin; 1 son James E. Durbin and wife Theresa of Boston, KY; 3 daughters Patricia Groce and husband Joel of Glasgow, Arlene Pugh and husband Jackie of Louisville and Theresa Bean and husband Gary of Cave City; 8 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Margie Nichols of Corydon, IN, Frances Slayton of Corydon, IN and Janelle Griffin of Shehardsville, KY and 1 brother John French of Round Hill, KY. A sister Dorothy Shroeder preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held 10:00am Wednesday January 11, 2006 at the St. Helen's Catholic Church with burial in St. John's Cemetery in Edmonson Co.. Visitation will be after 1:00pm on Tuesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
