Barbara Rapp

Barbara Jean Rapp, 83, of Mount Washington, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Glenridge Healthcare Campus. She was a native of Glasgow, Ky., a former ward clerk for TJ Samson Community Hospital, and a member of Glasgow Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton and Ruby Jessee Smith; her husband, Dixon Rapp, II; along with a brother, James Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Buffin (Jim) of Mt. Washington, KY; her son, Steve Bunch (Joy) of Glasgow; a brother, Carl Howard Smith (Frances) of Leitchfield; three grandchildren, Jessee Gunn (Charles), Sarah McMahon (Josh), and Emma Bunch; along with five great-grandchildren, Addison, Katelyn, and Vince Gunn and Kennedi and Harper McMahon. Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. CST Thursday at the A. F. Crow Funeral Home, Glasgow with burial to follow in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation in Glasgow will be Thursday from 10 a.m. CST until time of service.
