Barry Ford

Barry Michael Ford 51 of Cave City went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2009. He was a wonderful husband, father and provider. He was the owner and operator of Barry's Service. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sandra Strode Ford; one son Anthony Michael Ford; father and mother-in-law Doug and Nancy McGuire Oliphant; brother and sister-in-law Richard and Vera Gaye Strode Basil; nieces Kezia Thompson, Leah Thompson, Rebekah Thompson, and Ruth Ann Ford all of Glasgow. A very special cousin Eddie Wade of Glasgow; one step-sister-in-law Kay Oliphant of Elizabethtown and one step-brother-in-law Lee Oliphant of Scottsville and a host of family and friends throughout Kentucky and Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Harry and Ruth Wade Ford, one brother Steve Ford and his grandmother Pauline Wade Staats. Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Monday April 6, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
