Barry L. Symons, 73, of Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at his residence. Barry was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Glasgow where he served as a Sunday School teacher. The Knightstown, IN native was a veteran with the Kentucky National Guard and Air Force and was deployed during Operation Desert Storm. He retired from both the Commonwealth of Kentucky (now Kentucky Career Center, Glasgow) as well as Lowes. He was also a member and served in leadership for the local chapter of the American Legion. He was the son of the late Frank Symons and Eulah Marshall Symons of Knightstown, IN.
