Beatrice Hume

Beatrice L. Hume 94 of Glasgow died Monday, April 9, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Ray and Anna Lewis Landrum. Mrs. Hume was also preceded in death by her husband, Ned Hume and three brothers, Yancy, Rolland and Clem Landrum. She was a homemaker and former employee of Happy Valley Laundromat and was a member of the Old Zion United Methodist Church. She is survived by 2 sons, David Hume (Janice) and Mitch Hume (Peggy) both of Glasgow; 2 daughters Karen Hume of Bowling Green and Judy Bishop (David) of Port St. Lucie, FL; 4 grandchildren Todd Hume of Glasgow, Joe Bishop (Patricia) of Florida, Terry Hume (Alicia) of Glasgow and Leann Applegate (Frankie) of Glasgow and 5 great-grandchildren Sara, Bo and Zack Bishop and Bailey and Madison Hume. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Old Zion Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM Wednesday.
