Beatrice Williams

Beatrice Elmore Williams, 92, of Temple Hill, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021, at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late George Elmore and Ida B. Waller Elmore. She was married to Paul E. Williams on December 22, 1945. In addition to being dairy farmers they raised numerous crops and animals. During the last few years she continued to enjoy her dog, Lucy, and all of her chickens. Throughout her life, Beatrice was a faithful servant to love and care for her family, friends and those she met along her way. She professed her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in 1941 at Caney Fork Baptist Church. She was a member of and has attended Temple Hill Baptist Church since 1958. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Lessenberry (J.W.); five grandchildren, Melinda Owens (Scott), Jason Lessenberry (Amy), Bethany Richerson (Troy), Brent Davis (Kerri Jo) and Ben Davis; five great-grandchildren, Malia Owens, Kaley Richerson, Kylie Lessenberry, Camden Richerson, and Maci Jo Davis. She is also survived by former son-in-law, Billy Neal Davis, several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Williams, her daughter, Glenda Paulette Davis, her brother, Edward, and four sisters, Maureen, Ruth, Gladys, Margaret and Dorothy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Temple Hill Baptist Church Food Pantry. Funeral service for Beatrice Williams will be 2:00pm Sunday, July 25th at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Sunday morning until time for the service at the funeral home. A.F.
