Bernadine Williams

Bernadine L. Williams 78 of Glasgow died Monday October 20, 2008 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was born in Springfield, IL the daughter of the late Bernard and Lou Emma Goode Landrum. Mrs. Williams and her late husband, H. Leroy Williams owned and operated Williams Oil Company in Glasgow. She was a member of Kentucky Petroleum Marketers Association, former member of the board of directors at Southern States and a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Glasgow. Survivors include 3 sons Bernard Williams and wife Becky, Stuart Anthony 'Tony' Williams and wife Deborah and Todd Williams and wife Michele all of Glasgow; 2 daughters Sheila Oliver and husband Gary and Rita Vance and husband Don both of Glasgow; 6 grandchildren Blake Oliver, Josh Oliver and girl friend Emily Hilliard, Lauren Williams and Fianc Chris Ruth, Chase Williams, Spencer Williams and Hunter Williams; 2 step grandchildren Lacey Mayes and Dakota Vance; 1 step great grandchild Ava Mayes; and a sister Joyce Pace and husband Kenneth of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday October 24, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Neal's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Neals Chapel Cemetery Fund.
