Bernice Rupe, Sr.

Bernice Wayne Rupe, Sr. 55 of Glasgow died Friday, January 20, 2005 at his residence. Born in Barren Co. he was the son of the late Arthur & Madline Jones Rupe. Mr. Rupe was a Veteran of the U. S. Army. Survivors include a son Bernice Wayne Rupe, Jr. (Christina) of Glasgow; 4 sisters Helen Browning (Doug) of Glasgow, Betty Moody of Glasgow, Jeannie Watson of Clarksville, IN and Betty Miller of Knob Lick, KY; a brother Billy Minicks of Horse Cave, KY; 3 grandchildren Josh, Dustin and Brooke Rupe; a special friend Terry Mills and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he preceded in death by 2 sisters Geneva King and Rebecca Rupe, 3 brothers Arthur James Rupe, Marion Chase Rupe and Robert Mayes Rupe. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, January 23, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Saturday at the funeral home.
