She is survived by her son, Rickey Burchett, as well as several nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her nurturing spirit and kind heart. Throughout her life, Betty created lasting memories with her family, embodying the love and support that only a dedicated mother and aunt can provide.

Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Evert Burchett, her father Chestey Horace Hunley, and her mother Margaret (Devore) Hunley. Their memories remain a significant part of the legacy she leaves behind, as they influenced the extraordinary person she became.

A visitation will be held in her honor on March 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, both taking place at A.F Crow & Son Funeral Home located at 201 East Washington St, Glasgow, Kentucky.
