Betty Lou Everett Carver was reunited with the love of her life, William Goebel Carver Jr., on the evening of January 28, 2023, with Family by her side. "Bill and Bet" were High School Sweethearts. They were married on April 10, 1954, were an inseparable pair until his sudden passing on December 9, 1996. Betty Lou was born in Barren County, KY on May 30, 1933, to Joseph William Everett and Sarah Richey Everett. Betty Lou had a successful career with the State of Kentucky. She began her career working at the TB Hospital in the Nursing and Laboratory Departments. With the conversion of the TB Hospital to the ICF Facility, she became the Inventory Clerk for the remainder of her nearly 43-year career. Betty is survived by her son, William Goebel Carver III, his wife Tommi and her grandchildren Sam Carver and Rose Carver. Betty was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother whose presence will be forever missed. On January 31, 2023, Betty Lou was laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Bill. The Family requests privacy at this time of great loss. In lieu of flowers, food, etc., Family requests that contributions be made to the Hospice House of Bowling Green. A.F.
