Betty Compton

Betty Kaye Compton, 63 of Glasgow died Sunday October 30, 2016 at the home of her sister. She was born in Glasgow the daughter of the late Otis Compton and Ethel Sexton Compton. She had worked for over 20 years at NHC as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a son Danny William Neal (Jessica) of Glasgow; 5 grandchildren Cody, Heather, Mikayla, Mason and Angela all of Glasgow; 2 great grandchildren; 4 sisters Wanda Holmes, Linda Reece, Lois Brown and Joyce Carlson all of Glasgow; 5 brothers James Compton (Elaine), Cecil Compton (Jan) and Donald Compton (Jeanie) all of Glasgow, Sammy Compton (Kathy) of Cave City and David Compton (Colleen) of Tompkinsville; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Anthony "Chubs" Neal and 2 brothers Gary and Douglas Compton. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday November 2, 2016 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Wednesday until time for services at the funeral home.
