Betty Underwood

Betty F. Underwood 75 of Glasgow died Monday May 1, 2006 at NHC Health Care in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Wert and Josie Martin Underwood. Miss Underwood was a long time employee of Ely Drugs Stores and Park Ave. Pharmacy in Glasgow. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister Zelma Underwood of Glasgow; a sister in law Maxine Underwood of Glasgow; a niece Monica Lile and husband Marty of Bowling Green and two nephews Mark Underwood and wife Rita of Glasgow and Scott Underwood of Nashville, TN. A sister Lucille Underwood and a brother Bill Underwood preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday May 4, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11:00am until 8:00pm and on Thursday until time for services.
