Billy Dennison

Billy Depp Dennison 71 of Summer Shade died Saturday December 6, 2008 at his daughter's home. He was born in Barren County KY November 19, 1937 the son of the late William Avery Dennison and Anna Ruth Lohden Turner. Billy was a retired employee of the State Hospital in Glasgow. He enjoyed and took pride in raising a big garden each year for his family. Billy was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church where he attended regularly until his illness. He will be missed greatly. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and is survived by his wife of 53 years Rebecca Ann Kinslow Dennison; 2 sons Bro. David D. Dennison (Candy) of Eighty Eight, KY; and Greg A. Dennison (Cindy) of Edmonton; 3 daughters Yvonda G. Hayes of Glasgow, Amy B. Sanders (Mark) of Glasgow and Dana J. Bowles (Jr.) of Glasgow; 1 brother Jewell Dennison (Carrie Mae) of Horse Cave; 6 grandchildren Allen, Brandon, Tiffany, Tyler, Lakettia and Tamisha; 4 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Marylyn Dennison Twyman. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon on Tuesday December 9, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitaton will begin at 4:00pm Monday.
