Billy Gilley

Billy Joe Gilley 73 of Glasgow died Sunday at his home. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Samuel Clyde Gilley and Laura Florence Kathleen Dale. Mr. Gilley was the owner and operator of Jones Frame Alignment and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He is survived by a son Darrell Gilley of Glasgow; a brother Dale Gilley (Mary Catherine) of Glasgow; 2 step grandchildren Lindsey and Logan Hamilton of Nashville; a niece Martha Fiske (David) of Lexington; a great niece and great nephew and his best friend and fishing buddy, Lewis Wayne Shirley of Glasgow. He was preceded in death by a sister Virginia Gilley and a step-son Brian Hamilton. Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Spotswood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm.
