Billy Glass

Billy Lee Glass 78 of Glasgow died Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the NHC Health Care in Glasgow. Born in Summer Shade, he was the son of the late Carl and Addie Wells Glass. Billy was a farmer and a veteran serving in the U. S. Army. He had attended the Lick Branch Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife Janet Settle Glass; 2 daughters Patsy Wood of Lexington and Sheila Wilkins and husband Mike of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Brandon Wilkins of Glasgow and Micah Tracy and husband Jarred of Glasgow; 3 great-grandchildren Melanie, Lane and Eli Wilkins; 1 brother Herman Glass and wife Alice of Glasgow; a nephew Russell Glass and wife Kim of Anchorage, KY and 2 great nephews Russell Wells Glass and Parker Glass. Funeral services will be 11am Thursday, February 20th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4pm Wednesday.
