Billy Long

Billy Long 80 of Glasgow died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Cumberland County the son of the late Ed Long and Gladys Long Borders. Mr. Long was a farmer and a member of the Refuge Church of Christ. He enjoyed tractor pulling and watching UofK Basketball. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Wanda Smith Long; 4 children Keith Long and wife Connie, Jackie Smith and husband Doug, Ricky Long and wife Kellie B. and Eddie Long and wife Kellie P. all of Glasgow; 8 grandchildren Brian Long (Sally), Jaime Duvall (Nathan), Christopher Smith (Natasha), Ashleigh Grubbs (Macy), Kellen Smith, Britney Robertson (Daniel), Colby and Tanner Long; 14 great-grandchildren Sydney, Grayson, Garrett, Mason, Blaine, Adison, Mia, Landon, Kamden, Konner, Oakleigh, Layla, Sloane and Lera. Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday, May 17th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2pm Friday.
