Billy Shepherd

Billy Clinton Shepherd, 85, of Glasgow, died February 18, 2021, at Barren County Nursing & Rehab. He was born April 2, 1935, in Cumberland, Kentucky, to the late Avis (Fields) Dudley. Billy was a maintenance man for the Housing Commission of Kentucky. Billy is survived by his stepbrother, Bill Brogan of Glasgow, and James Dudley (Sandra) of Corpus Christi, Texas; one nephew, Keith Brogan (Lisa) and Payton of Flower Mound, Texas. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepsister, Betty Brogan. The family has chosen cremation for Mr. Shepherd with a possible memorial at a later date. A.F.
