Brenda Miller

Brenda Kay Miller, age 54 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born October 23, 1960 in Clarkson, KY, the daughter of the late Alva and Irene Logsdon. She was a member of Broadford Missionary Baptist Church and she was a fighter. She received a double lung transplant, was a donate life advocate, got many people to quit smoking, and lived her life to the fullest each and every day. Brenda truly loved her family. She truly believed 'With God all things are possible' Matthew 19:26 She is survived by her husband, Larry Miller of Leitchfield, one son and his fiancAC., Thomas Miller and Rachael Herrera of Leitchfield, two sisters, Carolyn Hack and Pearlene Hodge of Leitchfield, and four brothers, Leroy, Cubby, Vernie, and Farlie Logsdon all of Leitchfield, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon), Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Broadway Missionary Baptist Church in Leitchfield with Bro. Jimmy Fulkerson and Bro. Joe Cain officiating. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens in Leitchfield. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the Broadway Missionary Baptist Church in Leitchfield. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to help with funeral expenses. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to help with funeral expenses.
