Burl Preston

Burl James Preston, 74, of Caneyville, passed away Monday, February 8th, 2016 at his residence. He was born on Saturday, August 23rd, 1941 in Johnson County, Indiana, the son of the late Emmett Owen and Audrey (Mudd) Preston. Burl was a member of the Wilson United Baptist Church. He handled the home builders material lists for 35 years at Future Designs. Burl is survived by his wife, Glenda Ann (Parker) Preston of Caneyville; two sons, George Owen Preston of Maryland and James Emmitt Preston of Caneyville; six daughters, Faye Stewart (Donnie) and Kaye Daley (Mike) both of Caneyville, Kathy Knickelbein (Tom) of Wisconsin, Alicia
