Callie Page

Callie Gibbs Page 87 of Glasgow passed away peacefully Thursday, July 17, 2014 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. Born at Dry Fork, she was a daughter of the late Meredith and Annie Morrow Gibbs. She was also preceded in death by her brother John Thomas Gibbs. Callie was a bookkeeper at the Standard Farm Store in Glasgow for 42 years and was a member of the Glasgow Bible Church. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Edward Page; her son Ricky Page (Debbie); her granddaughter that she cherished, Amy Page Bartley (Joey); 2 great-grandsons Kip Mutter and Kade Bartley who always warmed her heart; her sister Hope Williams; 5 nieces Linda Wells (Tommy), Rita Gray (Joe), Peggy Edmunds (Wayne), Donnie Marion (Larry), and Connie McGregor (Eddie); a sister-in-law Nell Gibbs; a special cousin Josephine Matney (Bill) all of Glasgow and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, July 19th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Friday. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
