Carl Green

Carl R. 'Charlie' Green 76 of Glasgow died Monday May 7, 2007 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Clarence and Emma Loraine Doty Green. Mr. Green was a farmer and contract mower and was a member of the Hanging Fork Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by 4 brothers, James Green, Marshall Green, Bryant Green (Brenda) and Jerry D. Green (Marcella) all of Glasgow; 2 sisters Mrs. Sammie Hatfield of Glasgow, and Jean Gentry (Loyd) of Shepherdsville; a brother-in-law Neal Hawks of Glasgow; a sister-in-law Shelby Jean Green of Glasgow and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Forrester 'Buddy' Green and 3 sisters Nell Hawks, Marie Swift and Marlin Ann Green. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday May 10th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home
