Carl Hunt

Carl Morris Hunt 79 of Glasgow, KY died Monday February 22, 2010 at his home. He was born in Joplin, MO a son of the late Carl and Dana Robinson Hunt. He was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of St. Helens Catholic Church. He retied in 1985 after 33 years as an auditor with the United States Dept. of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General. He also worked and was Co-owner of Hunt's Antiques. Survivors include his wife Caroline; 4 sons Carl Bruce Hunt of Alta Mont, TN, Lars Alexander Hunt (Leighan) of Knoxville, TN, John Morgan Hunt of Glasgow, and Daniel Robinson Hunt of Nashville, TN; 4 daughters Dana Jane Timm (Carl) of Joplin, MO, Christy Lynn White (Greg) of Hope, Ark., Kathryn Maureen Gregg (Jim) of Murfreesboro, TN and Robin Michelle Combs of Glasgow; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Glenn Erwin Hunt and wife Wilma; a grandson Trevor Nicholas Crockett and a son-in-law Tommy Combs. A funeral Mass will be 2:00 PM Wednesday February 24, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00am unitl 1:00pm. A Rosary service will begin at 1:30pm at the funeral home.
