Carol Bailey

Carol Faye Bailey 66 of Glasgow died Thursday December 15, 2005 at her home. Mrs. Bailey was born in Barren County, Kentucky the daughter of the late E. Wallace Ritter and Mary Elizabeth Matthews Ritter. She was a homemaker and a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church and the Smith-Bennett Sunday School Class where she was the social chairman. She is survived by her husband Marshall; 2 daughters Maria Kirkland and husband Robert of Fort Wayne, IN and Angela Greenfield and husband Mark of Bloomington, IN; five grandchildren Kyle, Sophie, Benjamin, Bailey and William; one brother Max Ritter and wife Debra of Nashville, TN; three sisters Patsy Bunch and husband Roy of Bowling Green, Shirley Blanck and husband Harvey of Clarksville, TN and Peggy Reece of Glasgow. She was preceded in death by a brother in law Herbert Cecil Reece. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday December 18, 2005 at the Glasgow Baptist Church with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and on Sunday from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the Church. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
