Carol Metzger

Carol Ann Metzger, age 81, of Glasgow, died Saturday, April 2, 2022, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. She was born in Dayton, OH, on February 15, 1941, to the late Joseph Allen Eilerman and the late Oliva Ann (Schmitz) Eilerman. She was an Art Teacher for Barren County Schools and a member of St. Helen's Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons, Stephen Metzger Jr. (Christy) of Glasgow and Joseph Allen Metzger (Penny Davis) of California; one daughter, Kim Metzger Thomas (Chris) of Tennessee; grandchildren, Ryan (Tiffany) and Maria Metzger, Ana, Julia, and K.C. Metzger, Andrew (Emily) and Sarah Thomas; one brother, Robert Eilerman (Dolly) of Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Joseph Metzger, Sr. A visitation will be held 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 6th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. There will be a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Shelby, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to Crossroads Life Center, PO Box 236, Glasgow, KY 42141. A. F. Crow & Son is honored to be entrusted in the care of Mrs. Metzger.
