Carrie Pickett

Carrie Shanks Pickett 93 of Glasgow, KY died Tuesday December 23, 2003 at the T. J. Samson Hospital. The Barren County native was the daughter of the late James K. and Julia Francis Dean Shanks and wife of the late Raymond Earl Pickett. Mrs. Pickett was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church and was retired from the Kentucky Pants Company. She is survived by a sister Pauline Rasner of Arizona and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, a son, Sylvester Pickett preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday December 26, 2003 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00am until time for services.
