Cecil Colter

Cecil James Colter 84 of Glasgow, died Tuesday at his home. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Jessie Thomas Colter and Renia Capps Colter. His wife was the late Marjorie Renfro Colter. Mr. Colter was a heavy equipment operator and attended the Bethel Independent Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 son Todd Colter of Bowling Green; 1 daughter Connie Colter of Glasgow; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 2 sisters Elizabeth Boles of Bowling Green and Ruby Crawford of Klamath Falls, Oregon. A sister, Molly Martin and 2 brothers Kenneth and W.T. Colter preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday Jan. 12th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Thursday.
