Charles Colbert

Charles E. Colbert 79 of Glasgow, died Tuesday Dec. 26th at T. J. Samson Hospital. He was born in Fayetteville, TN the son of the late Robert W. and Pearl Branum Colbert. Charles was retired from T. J. Samson Community Hospital where he worked for many years. He was a Baptist by faith. Survivors include his wife Ina Mae; 1 brother Robert E. Colbert of Tennessee; 4 sisters Josephine McNese, Ruby Watson, Edna Armacher and Shirley Syler all of Tennessee; a sister-in-law Ruby Clements of Glasgow; a brother-in-law Wendell Cooper of Bowling Green; a stepson-in-law Billy Joe Rodgers of Glasgow and a grandson Andy Rodgers of Bowling Green. He was also preceded in death by a step daughter, Pat Rodgers. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday Dec. 29, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3pm Thursday at the funeral home.
