Charles Dean Greer

Charles Dean Francis Greer 88 of Etoile in Barren County died Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the NHC Health Care in Glasgow. She was a Barren County native and a member of Caney Fork Baptist Church to which she was very faithful as long as health permitted. A homemaker, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her husband of 73 years Stanley Greer Sr.; a son Stanley C. Greer and wife Peggy; grandsons Gregory (Zina Beth) Greer, Brad Greer and Anthony (Joy) Greer; and great-grandchildren Cody, Hannah and Gunnar Greer. She is also survived by a foster son Eddie Greer and wife Vicki and his children Amanda and Krista, and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday, June 17, 2011 at the Caney Fork Baptist Church with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm on Thursday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
