Charles Mcpeak

Charles Eldon McPeak 79 of Glasgow, KY died Wednesday July 22, 2009 at his home after an illness. He was born in Barren County the son of the late John and Ila Estes McPeak. He was retired from General Motors Fisher Body Division in Marion, Indiana and was a member of the Old Union Baptist Church at Plano. He is survived by his wife Mary Smith McPeak; 3 sons Robert McPeak (Carol), Terry McPeak and Donald McPeak (Jackie) all of Indiana; 2 daughters Linda Lyons and Joyce Hurd (Bob) both of Indiana; step-mother Jean McPeak of Indianapolis, IN; 3 step-sons Jerry Ragle (Rosie), Ernest Houchens, Jr. (Janelle) and Tommy Houchens all of Glasgow; 2 step-daughters Sharon Houchens of Glasgow and Rita Kelb (Ed) of Dayton, OH; 1 brother Kenneth Smith (Barbara) of Glasgow; 2 sisters Ida Mae Likens (J.P.) of Glasgow and Ila France of Indiana and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his caregiver Debbie Decker of Glasgow. A brother Arthur E. Smith preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday July 24, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
