Charlie Emmitt

Charlie Edward Emmitt 47 of Glasgow died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Indianapolis, IN he is the son of William D. 'Bill Emmitt (Roberta) and Eula Rupe Emmitt both of Glasgow who survives. In addition to his parents he is survived by 6 sisters Penny Edwards (Bobby) of Center, KY, Lela Gail Rogers, Teresa Emmitt, Monica Gulley, Stephanie Wise (Joe) and Kim Lindsey all of Glasgow; 2 brothers Gary Wayne Emmitt (Kaye) of Plainville, IN and Bo Gulley (Teresa) of Munfordville, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive. Mr. Emmitt is preceded in death by a brother Ronnie Emmitt and a brother-in-law Bill Rogers. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Old Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Saturday at the funeral home.
