Charline Bowles

Charline A. Bowles 70 of Glasgow died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. Born in Glasgow she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Helen Bishop Gassaway. Charline was a deputy jailer with the Barren County Correctional Facility. She is survived by one son Walter Scott Anderson of Glasgow; three grandchildren Dalton and Chelsa Anderson of Glasgow and Wesley Anderson of Bowling Green and two nieces Denise Cornelius and Renee Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Bobby Clay Anderson, Sr. and Billy Richard Bowles, a son Bobby Clay Anderson, Jr. and a sister Mary Kathryn Minyard. Mrs. Bowles chose cremation and a memorial service will be held 7pm Wednesday, November 19th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2pm until time for the service. Burial of the cremains will be in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
