Chester "Chess" Hatfield

Chester Chess Hatfield 87 of Glasgow died Friday, April 20, 2012 at his home. He was born in Indianapolis, IN a son of the late James A. Garfield Hatfield and Artie Misha Browning Hatfield. Mr. Hatfield was a farmer. He is survived by a sister Agnes Hatfield; a brother Bill Hatfield; 4 nephews Arthur Hatfield and wife Beverly, Kenny Hatfield and wife Julie, Billy Hatfield and wife Patty, William Herbert Hatfield and wife Rhonda; 3 nieces Mildred Davidson and husband Larry, Vickie Hatfield and Elaine Hatfield and a sister-in-law Ada Hatfield all of Glasgow. Several great nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Jesse, Sammie, Herbert and James Virgil Hatfield and 2 sisters Louise and Effie Hatfield. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hatfield Family Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00am Monday.
