Christine Cooksey

Christine Albany Cooksey 81 of Glasgow died Tuesday June 8, 2004 at her home. The Barren County native had been a resident for 53 years in Indianapolis, IN before moving back to Glasgow in April 2003. She is the daughter of the late Will and Alice Wheeler Albany. Mrs. Cooksey was a member of the High School Rd. Church of Christ in Indianapolis and a member of the East Main St. Church of Christ since moving back to Glasgow. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William H. Cooksey; a brother Jim Albany of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday June 11, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pm Thursday at the funeral home.
