Clarence 'Butch' Campbell 71 of Glasgow died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Commonwealth Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. Born in Louisville, he was the son of the late Lee Otis Campbell and Ruth Marie Jones Campbell. Butch was a salesman for Campbell Chevrolet in Bowling Green. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam war, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the Cave City Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Linda Buckley Campbell; 2 daughters Tammy Brock and husband Robert of Glasgow and Angie Lawhorn of Texas; 3 grandsons Matthew and Mason Shives of Glasgow and Brandon Lawhorn of Texas; 1 sister Barbara Sams and husband Jim of Louisville; 1 brother Joe E. Campbell and wife Navada of Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 Thursday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery with military honors provided by D.A.V. Chapter 20 of Glasgow. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4pm till 8pm and Thursday morning until time for services.
